Legislative Compliance Policy

SteadyCare Australia will comply with all Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to its operations. Team members and clients will be informed of any changes to legislative or regulatory requirements that affect the services it delivers. Relevant legislation includes but is not limited to:

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Comm.)
  • Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic.)
  • Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 (Vic.)
  • Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic.)
  • Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Comm.)
